GIT upgrade, upgradeprovision fails scema_data_add

Upgrade provision should be fine now, the problem here is the schema 
update change, if upgradeprovision wants to do them it's most probably 
because they have to be done.

I'll do a patch soon to change the schema update parameter while running 
upgradeprovision.
