GIT upgrade, upgradeprovision fails scema_data_add

OK, samba-tool dbcheck says no errors. Strange, upgradeprovision wasn't
either until a GIT pull about a week ago.

Anyway, substing samba-tool dbcheck for upgradeprovision.
