I hadn't tried it yet, but if this does what it appears to, this would
likely fix the issue I reported with subject line "Problems (possibly
bug) with dlz for bind 9.9 in 4.0.0beta3-GIT-763f9e8"

I will try these later, or if they get committed, I will try them there.
