tdb2 API change needed soon

Rusty,

We really need you to finish up the TDB2 work, and get the API change
pulled across.  Getting the sharing of TDB handles working at the libtdb
layer, rather than at the application layer is important, as it blocks
us fixing a provision issue (we currently fork/exec tdbbackup to work
around it, but doing it in pure python would be much more reliable).

We chatted about this at the speaker's dinner, but I know you are busy,
so consider this your friendly reminder. :-)
