Is ntrights from the Server 2003 resource kit the only way to grant rights for Samba 3 (except for net sam|rpc ...)

Hi folks,

It seems that the only ways to grant privileges (like
SeSecurityPrivilege) to an account or group on a Samba 3 server are:

1. net sam|rpc|ads rights grant S-1-5-blah SeSecurityPrivilege ...

2. ntrights +r SeSecurityPrivilege blah from a DOS box on another
machine on the domain

Am I correct, or is there some GUI tool that does not involve group policies.
