Samba 3, AD Join and Group Policy handling

Hi,

I am under the impression that when a Windows server joins an AD
domain, it implements any group policies that might be in force, such
as those granting SeSecurityPrivilege to BUILTIN\Administrators.

Is there any way to do this in Samba other than 'net sam rights grant
BUILTIN\\Administrators SeSecurityPrivilege'?
