S3 to S4 migration (samba-tools) -- Progress!

I should have been more specific.  The primary-gid information did not
transfer to users.  In either case - locally existing users or not - the
groups themselves, group membership, and GID<->SID mapping seems to have
migrated without issue.  It is only the users-primary-group that appears
to have been discarded.
