[PATCH] remove unused functions samdb_msg_set_int -samdb_msg_set_string -samdb_msg_set_value

I have prepared two patches which remove "samdb_msg_set_uint()" as well 
- so we completely get rid of this not much used part of the SAMDB API. 
The patches (with two others) are located in my private "master" branch:
