Ban 'Re: [SCM] Samba Shared Repository - branch xxx updated' subjects on the list?

"to make it easier for folks (me) to know what the actual subject
(topic) of the message is".  

In particular to make it easier to find threads in e-mail archives, but
also to make it easier to follow broken threads, and to know at a glance
if a thread is relevant.
