[PATCH] using a common gensec_ntlmssp server

I've tested this branch (local autobuild), and just rebased it on
master.  

I realise we still have a little way to go on the other branches (due to
the spengo issue with MIT 1.8 and deciding about security=share), but
this one I think is ready to go in.
