Moving source4/scripting/python/ to python/

At the moment our Python namespace lives in source4/scripting/python.
Since all of it lives in the 'samba' package, and most of the modules
then live in another couple of nested modules this means it's a fair
amount of typing to get to whatever files you want to edit.

Would anybody object to me moving source4/scripting/python/ to just
python/?
