onelevel indexing & other indexes

Hi Simo & Tridge

While working on ldb-tdb indexes, a question came out of my mind: why 
aren't we using the usual indexes with the onelevel index.
Even though in most of case the index is pretty small, in some cases the 
index for onelevel entries can be pretty big (ie. in the schema 
partition or in DNS zones or with usual containers like CN=Computers or 
CN=Users) and I think we could benefit from doing the intersection 
between the usual indexes and the onelevel index.

I'm wondering if I miss something or it was just not done before because 
it wasn't seen as a major lead for performance improvement.
