I pulled the experimental package from
git://git.debian.org/pkg-samba/samba4 as indicated by
http://packages.debian.org/source/experimental/samba4

I think for domain controllers, we should just provide the same features
they currently have.  The 'samba4' package in experimental has the
ability to call samba-tool domain classicupgrade, and this can certainly
be offered, but it isn't required unless folks actively want to upgrade.
