Question regarding Samba4 updates

Hello all,

in the release notes of the current samba4 betas there is a small
passage where the developers recommend to issue the following command
after updating:
samba-tool dbcheck --cross-ncs --fix

Unfortunately it is not clear to me when I have to execute this command.

Before or after samba4 startup?
If you have several samba4 DCs do you have to do it on all servers ?
