Samba4 trust relationship, is possible?

Sort of.  Samba3 can trust Samba4, but not the reverse.  We hope to
implement trusts of various kinds in the 4.1 release, but it won't be
part of Samba 4.0.

You could otherwise consider upgrading your Samba 3.x 'classic' domain
to Samba 4.0 AD using samba-tool domain classicupgrade.
