Confused about samba4 & s3fs

All right, I will try it this way, can we run the samba, smbd, nmbd & 
winbindd daemons at the same time.

If not, why not?

I am sorry if I am being a pain but I come from Lancashire, England and 
round here we call a spade a spade, not an earth moving device.
