Samba4 + Bind DLZ at FreeBSD 8.3 !

Can you start bind as follows and check if it works?

/usr/sbin/named -u named -f -g  (If it complains about config file,
add -c /path/to/named.conf.)

You cannot start BIND in jail since BIND requires samba libraries.
