I tried your schema update and for me it's ok the ldb database can be 
open after.

Still there is a couple of issues like the fact that it fails on the 
mayContain for dhcpServices object, this is due to the fact that even if 
attributes have been added to the schema, the schema itself has not been 
reloaded, Samba like windows keeps a cached version of it in memory 
because schema construction is a costly task.
