[PATCH] s3-passdb: Remove unused sampass->pass_must_change_time

The attached patch removes the apparently unsued
sampass->pass_must_change_time.  

I just came across this while trying to chase down upgrade issues for
samba3 users to Samba4 AD.  In particular, it seems we would only write
a sambaMustChangeTime into LDAP if we were adding a new user, or
upgrading from tdbsam.  Otherwise, I can't see how it would be added or
updated. 

Can anyone see a flaw in this?
