Upgrade from S3 to a Samba4 DC [with LDAPSAM]

Thanks! I've had exactly this problem. Is it an issue to change group types
from 5 to 4? We do not really use the built-in groups (type 5). Can we also
just delete these and will the upgrade provision recreate the standard
built-in groups?
