Announce as has been removed.   An internal part of the code referenced
this parameter after it was removed, and this has been corrected in the
current GIT tree.

This isn't an error.  This part of smbclient -L isn't implemented in the
Samba4 smbclient.  Samba4's smbclient will be merged with or replaced by
smbclient from the 3.x release series for a Samba 4.0 release.

DNS updates fail for many reasons.  You will need to start a new thread
with many more details on what your setup is, BIND version etc.
