samba-tool user setexpiry with filter

Through expanding the unit tests I've found that setexpiry with a filter 
fails if the filter matches more than one user, which seems odd to me. I 
would have expected that the use of a filter here was to expire all the 
accounts at a branch office, or similar.

Question: is it expected behavior? should this only work with filters 
that return a singleton?

If not, I can fix it to handle the multi user case.
