A document on writing VFS Modules

good start - looking forward to seeing it completed. I noticed a couple
of typos in my quick read.

section 4.4 3rd paragraph 2nd line
     you will generally to calls to
should read
     you will generally make calls to

section 4.5 before reference to SMB_VFS_NEXT_CONNECTION
     modules a change to capture
should read
     modules a chance to capture
