swat advances

Hi

I have completed some part of SWAT front end,
I  added support for internationalization(english,spanish) 

Current Features: 

- User Management
- Group Management
- Share Management (only list shares,for some reason does not create, update or delete shared resources)
- Basic Provision support (I need test all parameter of provision for full support,required browser with Server-Sent Events support,I tested only in Firefox 6 and 7)

I've uploaded the tool that I was developing before starting to work in swat. Its a tool that aims be similar to the microsoft dsa.msc. 

For now allow :
- move ldap objects (checking the attributes systemflags and isCriticalSystemObject
- Reset user password
- Enable and disable account.
