How to prevent user upload some kinf of file on the share?

As far as I examined at Samba 3.5.6, your smb.conf prevents to upload
*.VOB to the share.

What version of Samba, you use? What operation have you examined?

I simply try to copy aaa.vob from Windows to the share with COPY&PASTE.
