continue to support port in 'password server = dc:12389'?

In the mists of time, in the early efforts to add support for
'security=ads', the 'ads server' parameter was added.

It was merged with 'password server' in 2003 by Jerry,
f51d769dd303027a3dbf46fc89a482933988e866 and has as far as I know never
been used, allowing a syntax of:

password server = dc:12389

Given that AD support involved (C)LDAP, RPC, Kerberos and SMB, being
able to specify the LDAP port makes little sense to me.

I've been working to clean up the 'password server' documentation and I
think the documentation would be simpler if this extra facility didn't
exist, and was not advertised.

As such, I would like to deprecate this functionality in Samba 3.6.0,
and apply the linked patches to 3.6.0.

I've attached the patches to
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8151
