share_iterator functions in source3/param

Volker,

The attached patch removes some unused code from source3/param, for
which you are the original author.  It looks like an interesting
approach to decouple service handling from loadparm, but it does not
seem to have been completed or has been superseded.  The
share_list_all() function collides with an in-use function of the same
name in source4/

Do you mind if I remove it?
