select() in Heimdal

Jeremy,

Per our discussion about kerberos libraries and select:

I looked over the heimdal source code, and I can't see any calls to
select that would be a problem with our large FD_SET.  It either passes
in NULL or just selects on FD 0 (as far as i read it anyway), because
the purpose it as a fallback timer or entropy source, not as a select
routines.
