Exporting init_stat_ex_from_stat function ...

Hi,

We are finding that we need the init_stat_ex_from_stat function in our Ceph VFS.

It is declared static in source3/lib/system.c. We could write our own
that duplicates that function, but it seems that
source3/modules/onefs_system.c and source3/modules/onefs_dir.c already
contain their own copies of that function.

Wouldn't it be better just to export the definition of init_stat_ex_from_stat?
