Patch for Adding in ldap_server, ldb the notion of request made through LDAPS

Hi Matthieu,
You have the source4/lib/ldb/ABI/ldb-1.0.3.sigs in the patch, makes it a bit
harder to review. Other than that I agree we need the mechanism to
distinguish the source of a request. After the hurdle with acl_read I am
wandering if I should make similar flags for LDAP...
