s4 problems with reading gpo after update

I upgraded from samba version 4.0.0alpha15-GIT-969c7bd to Version
4.0.0alpha15-GIT-a6a722b and now none of the users can login. Here are
the errors I am getting.

samba-tool gpo listall

Processing section "[profiles]"
Processing section "[home]"
Processing section "[sysvol]"
LDB search failed: Operations error
LDAP error 1 LDAP_OPERATIONS_ERROR -  <00002020: Operations error -

Failed to list all GPO's: Undetermined error
return code = 1

On the windows 2003 server I get.
