samba4 - can't open 'main.mk' at build/smb_build/config_mk.pm

Even I kill samba process, the ./samba -i -M single hangs , here is my
smb.conf for samba4

   server role = member server
    workgroup = 
    realm = 
    password server = 
    server signing = auto
    encrypt passwords = yes
    client use spnego = yes
    registry:hkey_users = hku.ldb
    registry:hkey_local_machine = hklm.ldb
    ntvfs handler = unixuid
    host allow = 127. 172.17.
    winbind enum users = yes
    winbind enum groups = yes
    winbind separator = \
    interfaces = eth8 lo
    bind interfaces only = yes
