Patches to correct location of includes with "make install"

The "make install" rule for samba-3.5.8/source3 does not put the
include files where configure --includedir=... told it to.

Oh, it looks like one bit of my previous fix falls in this patch.
(The first "hunk" at least.)  Sorry about that.
