NTLM packet signing gone bad - fixed by Samba restart

Our engineer here was able to confirm the fix by doing the following

Net view samba server
Restart Windows DC
Net view samba server

In 3.5.5 this fails with the expected packet signing problem until samba is restarted.
In 3.5.9 this problem has gone away.
