Switch to 'samba-X.Y.Z' tags instead of 'release-X-Y-Z'

Hi,

I think it would make sense to change the style of our release tags in
the git repository.

I'd propose to use samba-x.y.z instead of release-x-y-z.

I'd rename all existing tags to this style.
Does anyone rely on the existing names?
Which would mean we need to do a copies instead of renames.

Comments please.
