[Release Planning 3.4] Samba 3.4.13

Hey folks,

Samba 3.6.0 will hopefully be available soon, so Samba 3.4.13 will be the
last bugfix release of the 3.4 series. I would like to propose Tuesday,
July 26 as the planned release date for 3.4.13. After this release, only
security will be available for this series.

Are there any objections?
