Move var/locks/.nmbd to var/nmbd for 3.6.0?

The same stands for Debian/Ubuntu where both the winbindd directory
and, now, the nmbd socket directory, are in /var/run/samba.

As I mentioned in another thread, this should soon move to /run as
we're progressively adopting this (/var/run is now a symlink to /run
in Debian unstable)
