nss_winbind.so segfaults on NetBSD

Hi,

on NetBSD, getgroupmembership() takes 5 arguments.
netbsdwinbind_getgroupmembership() in nsswitch/winbind_nss_netbsd.c
doesn't fetch the basegid (2nd argument to getgroupmembership()). Also,
struct passwd contains an entry char *pw_class, which should be set to
an empty string in fill_pwent() in nsswitch/winbind_nss_linux.c
