Fedora packaging in Git

Hi Andrew,

We currently still have a packaging4/Fedora directory which contains a
spec file that hasn't been updated since mid 2008. Now that Samba 4 is
maintained properly in Fedora, I was wondering if we can perhaps remove
that directory and replace it with a readme file that points at the
Fedora packages instead.

What do you think?
