Merge more paths for Samba 4.0?

Actually, what you propose seems the best we can do.  

I was going to propose a merge of 'private dir' and 'state dir', but you
already set the defaults for --enable-fhs to put private
under /var/lib/samba.

All that remains is to move some of the files and directories currently
under private to state dir.
