Switch to 'samba-X.Y.Z' tags instead of 'release-X-Y-Z'

Please pick this commit to v3-6-*
http://gitweb.samba.org/?p=samba.git;a=commitdiff;h=84d9cdb5112e55ae8a1e525ca2b8cef2ae606f22
so that you'll create the correct tag for the next release.

For older releases please also backport this, or specify the new tags
with the --tag option.
