Depricate auth parameters in 3.6, remove in master?

The default is yes, the removal would simply enforce that privileges (if
enabled in the database) are always available on the system.   

If the administrator does *not* want privileges, then the can delete all
entries from the DB, but I don't want a distinct codepath via a
parameter in Samba 4.0.
