Just for the record, I don't like extracted comments.  I like a slight
formalization of comment style, which encourages more thorough documentation,
but extracting comments has never been useful to me so I find the overhead
of doxygen annoying (vs. kerneldoc, for example).

However, it is good to be consistent, so please apply this.
