right. The defaults should be set for non-packagers. There are just a
handful of people in the world who will be building packages. There
are _lots_ more people who build it for themselves. It is much easier
to teach the people doing packaging than it is to teach everyone else,
and I also think it is more reasonable to ask packagers to read the
documentation than to expect everyone else to do so.

So I don't want to change the bundling defaults. They were chosen to
suit end users.
