It's possible that I missed something, but I did go through an manually remove a
whole bunch of samba libraries from various locations from the system.

What would be awesome is if the build system (or just configure) would tell me
about system libraries it finds and plans to use.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure that my original problem with the drsblobs.so wasn't due
to old libraries being used, because I definitely cleaned up that stuff before I
started trying to build anything myself.
