New bugzilla beta testing

all the bugs that I had on my list have been addressed now. Please also test
out the new mail interface - simply reply to bugzilla mails, even attaching
files this way is possible.

As all the responses had been quite positive I'd propose (if no -1 responses
follow) that Lars and I swіtch to the new bugzilla later on this week as long
as time permits ...
