New bugzilla beta testing

please also test the announced atom feeds on that site. They actually get their
data from the currently active bugzilla, not from the test bugzilla, so don't
expect test bugs to apear there ;-)

In Firefox you can see the feeds by pressing CTRL-i. There are separate feeds
for:

Samba 3 Bug Feed
Samba 4 Bug Feed
ccache Bug Feed
rsync Bug Feed
