Here is a patch proposal, it avoids overwritting the gen_ndr/dcerpc.h 
from the top level of the tree by the one in source4/librpc/rpc.
It takes care of not putting rpc/dcerpc.h in gen_ndr but directly in 
${PREFIX}/include
