[PATCH 0/3] ctdb client changes

Hi,

This patch set removes some of the hard coded ctdb client timeouts, in
favour of using the values provided as arguments.
One minor change to the ctdb status machine readable output is also
included.

Patches are based against the current 1.0.114 branch. Feedback
appreciated.
