I'm really sorry, but it's really this simple:  Samba4 cannot be
anything other than a single domain on it's own.  We realise this is a
significant limitation, and we are working to resolve it - indeed, we
hope to work on it intensivly over the next 6 weeks - but for now that
is the situation.
